Laurel deputies dispatched to an out-of-control female subject

Laurel County, Ky. -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Jamie Etherton along with Deputy Jake Miller and Sgt. Brett Reeves arrested Carolyn Marie Reynolds age 40 of Corbin on Monday morning June 24, 2019 at approximately 10:51 AM.

The arrest occurred off KY 1223, approximately 7 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to an out-of-control female subject destroying a residence there.

Upon arrival at the scene deputies located the female subject and conducted an investigation determining that she was under the influence. This subject continued to yell and scream and created a disturbance while deputies were present.

Upon arrest this subject refused to comply with commands from deputies attempting to pull away from deputies, but was taken into custody charged with:

  • Public intoxication – controlled substances
  • Disorderly conduct – second-degree
  • Resisting arrest

This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Corrections Center.
