LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Bailiff Tony Anders along with Bailiff Daniel Reed, and CSO Heather Adams arrested Jessica Messer age 35 of Lily on Monday morning April 15, 2019 at approximately 10:43 AM.
The arrest occurred at the Laurel County Judicial Center in London after this subject allegedly entered the Judicial Center and was determined to be under the influence – this subject admitted taking Suboxone.
This individual was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
