LONDON, KY. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Jake Miller along with Deputy Allen Turner arrested Willlia Jean Jackson age 52 of Manchester on Sunday afternoon April 14, 2019 at approximately 2:20 PM.
The arrest occurred on Hal Rogers Parkway in London while deputies were investigating a two vehicle traffic crash where allegedly this individual was driving a brown colored Nissan Ultima that rear-ended a another vehicle due to following the other vehicle too closely.
Deputies determined through investigation that this driver was under the influence.
