Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Deputy Gary Mehler arrested Timothy Allen Miniard age 53 of Corbin on Saturday night March 16, 2019 approximately 7:50 PM.
The arrest occurred off Verbena Drive, approximately 9 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a domestic violence complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned from a female subject there that this subject had allegedly shoved her down steps and put his knee into her chest pinning her down.
This individual was charged with:
Timothy Allen Miniard was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
