MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Monday, February 24, 2025 Chief Deputy Clifton Jones and Deputy Paul Whitehead responded to a call in reference to an assault at Chads Hope in Manchester.
Upon arrival to the scene, the CCSO deputies spoke with the victim who stated that an individual identified as Judah Michael Kuntz, 27, of Chapin, SC had gotten very upset, started cussing at him and then struck him in the face.
Following the investigation, Mr. Kuntz was taken into custody and transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Judah Kuntz was arrested for:
- ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (NO VISIBLE INJURY)
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
