Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Taylor McDaniel along with Deputy Brad Mink arrested an individual on Friday morning March 15, 2019 at approximately 7:16 AM. after being dispatched to a complaint north of London.
Arrested was:
Johnny Burkhart age 38 of Begley Road, London, Ky.
The arrest occurred on North Laurel Road, approximately 3 miles north of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a brown colored GMC pickup traveling northbound with no headlights or tail lights.
When deputies located this vehicle they noted it was halfway in the roadway and on the shoulder of the roadway.
An investigation was conducted on the driver who was determined to be under the influence.
