Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on March 10, 2019 at approximately 10:00 PM Clay County Deputy Sheriff Brandon Edwards arrested Stephen Marcum age 32 of North Highway 66.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards received a complaint of a possible intoxicated male subject walking down the side of the road.
Upon contact with the male subject, Deputy Edwards determined he was under the influence of intoxicants.
