Manchester, Ky. - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On March 10, 2019 at approximately 3:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards along with CSO Coty Arnold arrested an individual at a gas station in Manchester.
Arrested was:
Lois Henson age 35 of Garrard, Ky.
The arrest occurred when Deputies pulled into CMR Gas Station and noticed a female slumped over the wheel of an automobile.
Once Deputy Edwards made contact with the above mentioned subject he determined she was manifestly under the influence.
Assisting at the scene was Manchester City Police Officers Jeremy Garrison, Antonio Dodson and Ryan Jackson.
