Man arrested at Clay County 911 child exchange

Manchester, Ky. - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On March 1, 2019 at approximately 7:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston along with CSO Wes Brumley arrested an individual in Manchester at Clay County 911.

Arrested was:

Jarrod Sizemore age 25 of Bowling Branch.

The arrest occurred at Clay County 911 when deputies received a complaint of an intoxicated male subject waiting during a child exchange.

Upon contact with the male subject Deputies determined he was under the influence, the male subject gave several inconsistent statements and finally admitted he had took Suboxone and smoked Marijuana prior to arriving at the child exchange.

Jarrod Sizemore was charged with:

  • Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
