Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On February 26, 2019 at approximately 7:50 AM Clay County Deputy Sheriff Clifton Jones arrested Joshua Karr age 26 of Roots Branch Road.
The arrest occurred on Roots Branch Road when a homeowner called Clay County 911 and stated someone was on the property.
Once Deputy Clifton Jones arrived on scene and made contact with the above mentioned subject it was determined the subject had made his way onto the porch of the residence when he was confronted by the homeowner, Deputy Jones determined the subject was under the influence.
