Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on February 25, 2019 at approximately 8:40 A.M. Clay County Sheriff Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Bertha Wagers age 48 of Garrard.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Jones was dispatched to a complaint of a woman alongside the road on South Highway 421 possibly intoxicated.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject, Deputy Jones ran her information through Clay County 911 and it was confirmed she had an active warrant out for her arrest through Clay County District Court.
