Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Sgt. Greg Poynter along with Deputy Travis Napier arrested John Tyler Parms age 25 of Stamper Lane, London on Monday afternoon February 18, 2019 at approximately 3:55 PM.
The arrest occurred in a business parking lot approximately 5 miles South of London after this subject allegedly became angry with his mother in the parking lot there.
This subject then apparently punched her in the side of the face leaving a bruise and swelling.
This individual was charged with assault – 4th degree – domestic violence and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
