Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On February 16, 2019 at approximately 11:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Marty Wagers age 41 of Chadwell Hollow.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Tommy Houston was dispatched to a complaint on Highway 149 of a male subject going house to house asking for random items.
Upon making contact with the above mentioned subject it was determined he was under the influence.
When his information was ran through Clay County Dispatch it was confirmed he had an active warrant of arrest through Clay District Court.
