Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On February 15, 2019 at approximately 7:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Cody Blackwell arrested Bonnie England age 41 of South Highway 421. Assisting at the scene was Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards
The arrest occurred when Deputies was dispatched to a complaint at Colson's Market of a female subject passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot. Upon arrival and making contact with the above mentioned subject it was determined she was manifestly under the influence.
She was taken into custody at the above mentioned location.
