Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On February 14, 2019 at approximately 11:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston, Deputy Brandon Edwards and CSO Wes Brumley arrested Rodney Gibbs age 37 of Gregory Branch Road.
The arrest occurred on PawPaw Road when the above mentioned subject was a passenger in a vehicle in a traffic stop conducted by Deputy Tommy Houston.
Above contact was made with the subject and it was determined the subject was manifestly under the influence, once the subjects information was ran through Clay County 911 it was confirmed he had an active warrant out of Clay County District Court.
Upon intake at the Clay County Detention Center, the above mentioned subject had concealed narcotics on his person.
