MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On February 14, 2019 at approximately 9:45 AM CSO Wes Brumley and CSO Matthew Smith arrested Tracy Sizemore age 37 of Fishtrap Road.
The arrest occurred when the above mentioned female subject entered into the Clay County Judicial Center. Once her information was ran through the system it was confirmed she had an active warrant through Clay County District Court. She was taken into custody.
