Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On February 13, 2019 at approximately 5:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested an individual off North Highway 421.
Arrested was:
Matthew Helton age 25 of North Highway 421.
The arrest occurred on North Highway 421 when Deputy Tommy Houston initiated a traffic stop on a red Jeep Cherokee where it then went into a ditch.
The above mentioned subject was the passenger of the vehicle.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject he was determined he was manifestly under the influence.
The subject was taken into custody.
