MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Clifton Jones arrested an individual at a restaurant in the Manchester Square Shopping Center on February 12, 2019 at approximately 12:30 PM.
Arrested was:
Joseph Petrey age 22 of Manchester.
The arrest occurred in the Manchester Square Shopping Center at Subway when Deputy Jones received a complaint of a possible intoxicated male subject that had showed up at the restaurant after being told to leave the day prior.
Upon investigation it was determined the above mentioned subject was determined manifestly under the influence.
