Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards along with Manchester City Police Officer Ryan Jackson arrested an Oneida resident on February 8, 2019 at approximately 5:30 AM.
Arrested was;
Sandra Dean age 59 of Oneida, Ky.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards and Officer Jackson was dispatched to a shots fired complaint at the above mentioned subjects address.
The above named subject was the caller of the complaint and said that someone had driven by and shot into her house.
Upon investigation, it was determined no shots had made contact with her house.
Once the subject's information was ran through Clay County 911 it was confirmed she had an active warrant for her arrest.
