Manchester, Ky. (February 7th, 2019) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Cody Blackwell was dispatched to a complaint arrested an individual there on February 7th, 2019 at approximately 4:00 PM.
Arrested was:
Chris Hoskins age 42 of South Highway 421
The arrest occurred when Deputy Blackwell was dispatched to a complaint of a possible domestic and the man had a club type object in his hand around 2nd Street Bridge.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject he had a Controlled substance on his person.
