Clay County, Ky. (February 7, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Cody Blackwell arrested an individual on February 7, 2019 at approximately 11:50 AM when he was dispatched out to a residence on Belles Fork Road.
Arrested was:
Bobby Joe Grubb age 46 of Belles Fork Road.
Neighbors stated they seen the above mentioned subject entering a dwelling that was unoccupied at the time through a bedroom window.
Deputy Cody Blackwell made contact with the subject while he was exiting a room inside the residence.
Assisting Clay County Sheriff Deputy Cody Blackwell on the complaint was Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson and Kentucky State Police Trooper Don Trosper.
