Clay County, Ky. ( February 6, 2019 - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Clifton Jones arrested an individual on February 6, 2019 at approximately 2:25 PM. following an investigation into a burglary.
Arrested was:
Johnny Hoskins age 57 of Bowling Street.
The arrest occurred on Wednesday February 6, 2019 through investigation of a burglary that occurred at Beech Creek Apartments.
The above mentioned subject was witnessed on camera breaking into the washer and dryer machines at Beech Creek Apartments.
The subject was transported to the Clay County Detention Center where they refused intake on the subject due to medical reasons.
The above mentioned subject was cited for the offenses and released.
