Complaint of a woman at a residence that wouldn’t leave / Clay County

Clay County, Ky. (February 6, 2019) -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested an individual south of Manchester on February 6, 2019 at approximately 2:30 AM.

Arrested was:

April Hoskins age 31 of Reed Branch Road.

The arrest occurred 15 miles south of Manchester when Deputy Houston received a complaint of a woman at a residence that wouldn’t leave.

Upon arrival at the complaint the above mentioned female subject attempted to run and hide from Deputy Houston.

Once her information was run through Clay County 911 it was confirmed she had multiple warrants for her arrest.

April Hoskins was charged with:

  • Menacing
  • Disorderly Conduct, 2nd Degree
  • Fleeing or Evading Police on Foot 2nd Degree
  • Clay County District Court Warrant
  • Clay County Circuit Court Warrant
  • Clay County Circuit Court Warrant
  • Laurel County District Court Warrant
