Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested an individual at a store west of Manchester on February 4, 2019 at approximately 4:00 AM.
Arrested was Ollie Mills age 46 of Highway 80.
The arrest occurred 5 miles west of Manchester at Alvin’s store when Deputy Edwards received a complaint of a female possibly selling narcotic’s in the game room.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject it was determined she was manifestly under the influence.
