Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Lisa Jackson age 48 of Highway 2467 on February 3, 2019 at approximately 1:00 AM.
Arrested was Lisa Jackson age 48 of Manchester. Ky.
The arrest occurred on South Highway 421 when Deputy Edwards was dispatched to assist Clay County EMS due to them dealing with a combative female.
Once contact was made with the female subject Deputy Edwards ran her information through Clay County 911 it was confirmed she had a active warrant for her arrest also.
