Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Michael Stevens age 37 of Cane Branch Road on January 31, 2019 at approximately 6:00 AM.
The arrest occurred 5 miles South of Manchester at Alvins Gas Station.
Deputy Tommy Houston observed the above mentioned subject inside the store talking to himself, when Deputy Houston made contact with Michael Stevens it was determined he was manifestly under the influence.
Michael Stevens age 37 was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication (excludes alcohol) and Disorderly Conduct.
