Clay County, Ky - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jeremy Gabbard arrested Heather Smallwood age 25 of Highway 2467 on January 27, 2019 at approximately 9:30 PM.
The arrest occurred 13 miles South of Manchester when Deputy Gabbard was dispatched out to a Criminal Trespassing complaint.
Deputy Gabbard made contact with the above mentioned subject and ran her information through Clay County 911. It was confirmed she had an active warrant for her arrest through Clay County Circuit Court.
Heather Smallwood was charged with an Indictment Warrant for Theft by Failure to make required Disp of property $10,000 or more.
