Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Josh Scott along with Deputy Gary Mehler and Deputy Josh Morgan arrested two individuals on Wednesday night January 23, 2019 at approximately 10:59 PM.
The arrests occurred off Lewis Lane, approximately 2 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a trespass complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies located two individuals asleep on a property they had been trespassed from the previous day after a writ of possession had been served.
The two individuals were identified as:
Joel Huddleson age 51 of Gordon Ohio charged with criminal trespassing – third-degree.
Deborah J. Buck age 52 of London charged with criminal trespassing – second-degree.
These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
