Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Clifton Jones along with Sheriff Patrick Robinson arrested Wendell Helton age 45 of Williamsburg on January 24, 2019 at approximately 11:50 AM.
The arrest occurred 8 miles North of Manchester on Woodbine Road.
Deputy Jones received a complaint that a male subject was at the property location acting belligerent and causing a disturbance.
Once contact was made with Wendell Helton it was determined he was manifestly under the influence.
Wendell Helton was arrested and lodged him in the Clay County Detention Center.
