Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested an individual off South Highway 421 on January 22, 2019 at approximately 11:30 PM.
Arrested was Alishia Jarvis age 27 of Highway 2000.
The arrest occurred 3 miles South of Manchester on South Highway 421 when Deputy Houston received a complaint of a female wondering in the yard of a residence.
Deputy Tommy Houston made contact with the above mentioned female subject alongside South Highway 421, upon contact with the female subject it was determined she was manifestly under the influence.
While searching the female, Deputy Houston located a sawed off 410 shotgun in her jacket and prescription medication belonging to someone else.
Alishia Jarvis was charged with Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol) and Possession of Controlled substance not in original container 1st offense.
