Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested an individual off Highway 149 on January 18, 2019 at approximately 9:00 PM.
Arrested was Ethan Hensley age 21 of Lawson Road.
The arrest occurred 7 miles South of Manchester on Highway 149 when Deputy Tommy Houston initiated a traffic stop on a red pickup truck that was occupied by the above mentioned subject.
Ethan Hensley was charged with a Clay County District Court bench warrant and a Clay County Circuit Court Indictment for Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine).
