Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested an individual 2 miles south of Manchester on January 19, 2019 at approximately 7:30 PM.
Arrested was Brian Smith age 35 of South Highway 421.
The arrest occurred 2 miles south of Manchester on Paces Creek Road when Deputy Tommy Houston received a complaint of a possible intoxicated male subject at a residence where he had been previously been trespassed against trying to have an altercation with the property owner.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject Deputy Houston determined he was under the influence of alcohol. The subject stated that he thought it was someone else’s residence.
Brian Smith was charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a public place and Criminal Trespassing 2nd Degree.
