Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting: Our office is in need of the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile that was last seen on Pistol Creek Road in Manchester.
It is believed that her mother Valarie Hall had taken the child without permission from her father who had full custody of her out of the state of Ohio. The mother could be taking her to Grover, North Carolina to the mother’s boyfriend’s house.
At this time we do not know the kind of vehicle the mother left in.
