Laurel County, Ky - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Deputy Josh Morgan, Deputy Allen Turner, and Constable Travis Gregory arrested Truman L. Aubuchon age 29 of London on Saturday evening January 12, 2019 at approximately 6:08 PM.
The arrest occurred off Hensley Road, approximately 6 miles north of London after deputies were dispatched to a domestic violence complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies conducted an investigation and learned that apparently this subject had grabbed a female subject there by the hair and was attempting to throw her out the front door of the residence. In addition, this subject then allegedly grabbed his wife by the hair slinging her, and causing her to drop a baby to the floor. Deputies noted a visible bump swelling on the baby’s head.
Allegedly this individual admitted drinking most of the day, and had apparently been cursing in front of children there.
This individual was charged with two counts of assault – 4th degree and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
