Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Jake Miller along with Sgt. Greg Poynter, Deputy Taylor McDaniel, and Deputy Gary Mehler arrested an individual off London Dock Road on Thursday night December 27, 2018 at approximately 8:09 PM.
Arrested was:
Christopher N. Bingham age 43 of London Dock Road, London, Ky.
The arrest occurred off London Dock Road approximately 19 miles west of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a male subject outside a residence not his own yelling and creating a disturbance, allegedly attempting to get the owner of the house to come out and fight.
When deputies arrived at the scene they learned at this individual had apparently left walking towards his own residence when he turned and fired a gun toward the residence that three people were in.
Deputies determined through investigation that this individual was under the influence of alcohol.
Christopher Bingham was charged with wanton endangerment – second-degree and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
