LSO & LPD officers arrest three during a possible stolen vehicle investigation

Laurel County, KY -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Joey Robinson along with Deputy Taylor McDaniel, Deputy Jamie Etherton, and London Police Officer Greg Turner and Officer Dillion Blair arrested three individuals on Saturday afternoon December 8, 2018 at approximately 1:45 PM.

The arrests occurred off Old Crab Orchard Road, approximately 3 miles north of London while deputies were investigating the location of a possible stolen vehicle when they found a female subject along with two male subjects there and during the investigation found the female subject and a male subject in possession of a clear glass pipe with a white powder substance believed to be Methamphetamine.

In addition, a second male located there had an outstanding warrant.

Arrested was:

  • Robin Wagers age 45 of South Wind St., London, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition, while this subject was being booked into the Laurel County detention center, Detention center staff found this individual in possession of a white powder substance believed to be methamphetamine. Robin Wagers was also charged with promoting contraband – first-degree.
  • Roger W. Vaughn age 60 of Old Crab Orchard Rd., London, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Joshua Hoskins age 26 of Vaughn Ridge Rd., London, charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license and other violations.
  • All three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
