Three arrested while Laurel deputies execute warrant

Laurel County, KY -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Joey Robinson along with Sheriff John Root, Detective Bryon Lawson, Deputy Jamie Etherton, Deputy Daniel Grigsby and his K-9 “Edge” arrested three individuals off Hensley Road approximately 8 miles north of London on Tuesday afternoon November 20, 2018 at approximately 1:14 PM.

The arrests occurred while deputies were attempting to serve a warrant there when two individuals were located exiting a building there.

An investigation was conducted and one of the individuals was found in possession of a clear baggie containing a white powder substance and a pipe. Another individual found there created a disturbance while deputies were conducting their investigation and attempting to locate an individual on a warrant there. A third individual was charged on a warrant of arrest.

Those arrested included:

  • Buddy Allen age 33 of Hensley Rd., East Bernstadt charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Christina Nicole Wagers age 33 of Hensley Rd., East Bernstadt charged with menacing; disorderly conduct – second-degree; resisting arrest.
  • Shannon Dugger age 41 of Hensley Road., East Bernstadt charged on a Laurel District Court warrant of arrest charging terroristic threatening – third-degree.
  • These three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
