Two arrests during drug complaint investigation / Laurel County

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Bryon Lawson along with Detective James Sizemore and Sgt. Chris Edwards arrested two individuals off London Dock Road, approximately 18 miles west of London on Wednesday afternoon October 10, 2018 at approximately 1:11 PM.

The arrests occurred while the Sheriff’s office was conducting a drug complaint investigation and located two subjects – one found in possession of needles and pills and both subjects were wanted on outstanding warrants.

The two arrested individuals were identified as:

  • Jamie A. Caldwell age 30 of London Dock Road, London charged with possession of a controlled substance – second-degree; possession of a controlled substance – third-degree; possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition, this subject was charged on a Leslie District Court warrant of arrest charging flagrant nonsupport – allegedly this individual owes arrearage of $1138. In addition, this subject was charged on a Pulaski Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of disorderly conduct – first-degree.
  • Timothy Anders age 30 of London Dock Road, London charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of public intoxication – controlled substances. In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance – first offense – second-degree.
  • These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
