FRANKFORT, KY – Attorney General Russell Coleman released the following statement Thursday after the passing of former Kentucky State Senator Albert Robinson, of Laurel County:
“We join Kentuckians of all backgrounds in honoring the life and service of Senator Albert Robinson. In a career of public service that covered more than 50 years, Senator Robinson was a steadfast advocate for the people of Southeastern Kentucky. Our Commonwealth is grateful for his leadership and dedication.
“We send our sincere condolences to Senator Robinson’s wife, Lucille, their family and his colleagues.”
