London, Ky. (October 02, 2018) – On Tuesday, October 02, 2018 at approximately 8:00 AM, Kentucky State Police Post 11, London received a call from Clay County 911 about a possible human body lying in a ditch off KY HWY 421 in the Manchester community of Clay County.
Upon arrival, Trooper Don Trosper located Carol Miller, 68, of Manchester deceased.
Miller was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Clay County Coroner’s Office. Her body will be transported to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy.
The cause and time of death is pending the autopsy.
Trooper Trosper is continuing the investigation.
He was assisted at the scene by Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Manchester City Police Department, Clay County Coroner’s Office and Clay County EMS.
