Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Taylor McDaniel arrested Margaret Tipper age 18, of Barbourville on Saturday morning September 1, 2018 at approximately 8:03 AM.
The arrest occurred on Cherry Avenue approximately 12 miles South of London after Deputy McDaniel was dispatched to investigate a non-injury traffic crash there.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy McDaniel conducted an investigation and noted that he detected the odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from the driver.
This individual stated she had been drinking vodka all night. The driver was determined to be under the influence.
The driver was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence under the age of 21. T
his individual was lodged in the Laurel County detention Center.
