Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Gary Mehler along with Detective Sgt. Chris Edwards arrested Bertha A. Isgrigg age 28 of Brock Lane, Manchester on Thursday afternoon July 19, 2018 at approximately 4:06 PM.
The arrest occurred off Brock Lane, approximately 9 miles east of London after this subject was charged on a Clay County District Court Bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear regarding charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense; failure of owner to maintain required insurance – first offense; failure to wear seatbelts; nonpayment of court costs; failure to appear.
In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court warrant of arrest charging unauthorized use of a motor vehicle – first offense.
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
