BEATTYVILLE, Ky. (March 14, 2018) –The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post is conducting an investigation after a Lee County man was reported as missing.
The initial investigation indicates that Steven Carter Best, 38 years old of Beattyville, KY was last seen at his residence on February 3, 2018, wearing a Batman beanie, camouflage pants, a grey jacket or hooded sweatshirt, and brown boots. He is described as being 5’11” tall, weighing 150 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.
