Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Travis Napier along with Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested Latricia Charlotte Jenkins age 37 of London on Thursday afternoon February 22, 2018 approximately 3:18 PM.
The arrest occurred off Barbourville Road approximately 3 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a fight in progress there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies conducted an investigation and learned that apparently a verbal argument turned into an assault when this female subject grabbed another female subject .
This individual was charged with assault – fourth degree – domestic violence and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
