Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Paige VanHook arrested Donnie Lee Byrd age 28 of Manchester on Monday afternoon December 4, 2017 at approximately 12:21 P.M..
The arrest occurred in London after this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court warrant of arrest obtained by the Laurel County Attorney charging flagrant nonsupport – allegedly this subject owes arrearage in the amount of $12,962.64.This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
