More arrests in Laurel County as the "War on Drugs" continues

"Operation November to Remember"

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's deputies have charged two more individuals who turned themselves in late on Tuesday afternoon November 21, 2017 regarding a drug roundup conducted by the Laurel County Sheriff's office.

The two individuals are identified as:

1. Johnny Gray age 50 of Hopper Creek Rd., London charged with conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance – first offense – hydrocodone
2. Steven Baker age 51 of London charged with conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance – first offense – hydrocodone and crystal methamphetamine

These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

This brings to a total of 20 persons arrested on drug offenses and five on other offenses for a total of 25 persons arrested thus far.

Arrests will be continuing.
