WATER VALLEY, KY - Sheriff Jon Hayden is reporting that: The Graves County Sheriff’s Office had received information concerning a man who had been placing hidden cameras in people’s homes, without their knowledge or permission. This reportedly had occurred at residences in both Graves County and Weakley County Tennessee.

Somerset, Ky. Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Running $2.4 Million Ponzi Scheme

LONDON, KY (July 30, 2020) – A Somerset, Ky., man, Rodney Scott Phelps, 58, was sentenced to 108 months in federal prison on Tuesday, by U.S. District Judge Claria Horn Boom, for conspiring to commit wire fraud and committing wire fraud by perpetrating a complex Ponzi scheme. Phelps was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2,437,875.30
