DESCHUTES COUNTY, OR (November 11, 2021) - The Oregon State Police Is reporting that: On Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 4:51 P.M., OSP responded to a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 97 milepost 114 near Terrebonne.  A silver Hyundai Elantra, driven by Karl Thompson (58) of Metolius, was southbound on Highway 97 when it attempted to pass a southbound black Dodge Ram on the shoulder.
