EARLY MORNING SEIZURE AND DRUG TRAFFICKING ARREST AT A TRAILER COURT IN BRONSTON, KENTUCKY

SOMERSET, KY - Sheriff Bobby Jones reports the arrest of a Pulaski County man after a search warrant was served at his Bronston residence.

The incident began on Saturday, April 13, 2024, Deputies Tyler Pearson and Noah Wesley received information regarding drug trafficking at the trailer park on Old Waitsboro Rd. in Bronston, KY.

A search warrant was obtained based off of this information and at approximately 2:32 AM, Deputies Pearson and Wesley executed the search warrant.

While conducting the search of the residence, deputies located a clear plastic bag with a crystal like substance inside. The bag was weighed and was found to have a weight greater than two grams.

Deputies also located:

  • Handguns,
  • Glass pipes and digital scales, all consistent with the trafficking of illegal narcotics.

William Lewis, 56 years of age, of Bronston, KY, was arrested from the residence and charged with:

  • Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense-Methamphetamine
  • Drug Paraphernalia

Lewis was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
