MANCHESTER, KY - The City of Manchester Fire Department is reporting that: At approximately 7:40 PM on Friday, October 30, 2020 the City of Manchester Fire Department was notified by Clay County E-911 of a motor vehicle accident on KY-80 around the Paw Paw Road intersection.
Upon arrival all patients self extricated.
Personnel provided traffic control while the scene was cleaned up by Warrens Towing & Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
